PAYMENT DETAILS

• All prices stated are nett and are in Singapore dollars(SGD)
• Payment via POSB/DBS Bank Transfer only
  
• If you like to purchase an item, please send email to myearringcloset@gmail.com
  

Kindly follow this format:

2. Email
3. Mailing Address
4. Total Qty
5. Total Amount
6. Local Mailing preference: Registered Mail ($3) or Normal Mail (Free)

• Upon receipt of orders via email, I will reply with a confirmation email within 24 hours.

• Please make payment within 2 days after you have received the order confirmation email. Failing which will result to cancellation of order and your item will be released to the next interested buyer on the waiting list. Your item will be mailed out within 48 hours after receipt of payment.

CUSTOMISATIONS/REMAKES

• For customisations/ remakes, payment has to be made in advance. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the making of items.

P/S - I reserve the right to change the materials if they are not available. There will be no prior notice given. However, the design will still stay close to the original design.

LOCAL DELIVERY

• All items includes FREE POSTAGE (Local Normal Mail by SingPost).
  
  
• Charges for Local REGISTERED MAIL by SingPost : SGD3.
  
  
• Goods will be delivered within 3 days from the final confirmation of the order via email.
  

• Item will be carefully packed and bubble-wrapped before mailing. In any case that your item purchased is damaged during mailing, please email me at myearringcloset@gmail.com to report for the damages. Thereafter, I will get back to you asap via email for advice.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For overseas buyer, I do accept Paypal.

• Overseas purchases will be delivered via SingPost as well. Usually takes 5-17 working days for most countries.
  
  
• Shipping is charged at USD3 flat rate.
